Preliminary

The development of the Internet and traffic information superhighway has created new opportunities for very young children to interact with others or seek information through computer simulations or games. Usually the information obtained from the Internet is much more interesting and memorable so that it will provide a more powerful influence on young people.

At this time using the computer skills is essential to expand the probe to learn and get information, such as the Internet where teens can communicate with young people in other parts of the world.
Computers and other digital information technologies have changed the way we work, communicate, travel, get a variety of services, and learning. No doubt that technology will continue to affect all aspects of our lives. Technology is changing our society because it makes things that were previously unimaginable becomes real.

Current technological skills is widely regarded as a must-have basic skills. Similarly, in the field of education. Beginning in Uganda, a new breakthrough has been made with the development of learning modules The World Starts with Me (WSWM) which aims to improve social competence of adolescents, both those still in school or drop out of school youth. This module was developed by Butterfly Works for the World Population Foundation (WPF), in collaboration with Schoolnet Uganda, teachers and students there.

In 2005, WPF working with Pelita Science Foundation (YPI), as well as some teachers and adolescents in Jakarta, began WSWM adaptation module to be used in Indonesia.Result of the adaptation module is then called a module WSWM teenage Fun World! or Me!.

The program offers a unique alternative to sex education in which human rights (human rights) and positive approach to sexuality becomes the starting point of technical development and adolescent social competence, such as negotiation skills, contraceptive use, and the right to refuse sex. Competencies required for teens to be able to make decisions based on knowledge of the correct and sufficient. This module is very easy to use and can be adapted to situations / different place, based on suggestions and feedback obtained.

Environmentally safe because it uses computers that run independently by students, will provide an interactive learning process, especially when discussing sensitive issues. The structure is uniform and systematic lessons ensure the quality of learning from one chapter to another chapter. The combination of text, images and sound in every doctrine, can effectively establish harmony between the knowledge, attitudes and skills of young people in their social learning process.
